My Registration Information/Sample Ballot

Enter your social security number and date of birth below. You will be able to check your registration status, precinct name and location, and district numbers. You will also be able to view your sample ballot. (Sample ballots will be available after the candidates are certified.)

Note:  If you have moved this information may not be correct.  Please call our office at 859-255-8683 to verify your new precinct information.

Kentucky does not issue voter ID cards. If you need a copy of your voter registration we have on file in our office, you may pick this up during regular business hours.  A plain copy is $.50 cents and a certified copy is $5.00.
