Full Termination

The document requires KRS 355.9-512(1)(b):
•    File number of the initial financing statement
•    Name of the debtor
•    Name of the secured party
•    Provide a description of the real property
•    Indicates the termination or partial termination of the filing

Important Note:  The termination statement associated with a Fixture Filing, As Extracted Collateral or Timber to be Cut is paid at the time of filing. The termination must be filed and linked with the original filing and all other filings.  There will not be an additional fee for recording unless the filing is a partial termination.

Full termination is paid with the original filing
