The Fayette County Clerk has received special permission from the Dept. of Revenue to conduct their sale for the unpaid 2022 supplemental bills, 2023 primary bills, and 2023 supplemental bills on September 20, 2024. **Please note that 2023 supplemental bills with a face value under $5.00 will not be available for purchase during the tax sale.** Instructions are available at the link. The deadline to register as a third party purchaser for the delinquent tax sale is close of business, September 13, 2023. To register in person, please come to 162 E. Main Street, Room 132, Lexington, KY 40507.
