Fiscal Court meetings are set each year by action of the Court.  In 2024, the Fiscal Court will meet on April 11, May 16, and June 13, at 1:30 pm.

Regular meetings are held both in-person at the Fayette County Clerk's Office, 162 E. Main Street, 2nd Floor Conference Room and by teleconference, on the Zoom platform.

FAYETTE COUNTY LOCAL BOARD OF PROPERTY TAX APPEALS

The Fayette PVA held conferences during the open inspection period that ended May 20, 2024.  If property owners wish to appeal their assessed fair cash value, they must file an appeal with the Fayette County Clerk by close of business, May 22, 2024.  For Local Property Tax Appeal Information: fccappeal@fayettecountyclerk.com or (859) 253-3344.  

**As of 5/23/2024 submissions are now closed for 2024.**

The Fayette County Clerk's Office began accepting appeal forms after the PVA Open Inspection period began in mid-April.  Please contact our office for appeal instructions and form.

Appeal hearings are held at the LFUCG Phoenix Building, 101 E. Vine Street, 1st Floor Conference Room, Lexington, KY 40507. The hearing schedule is June 20 - TBD, 2024.
