Fiscal Court meetings are set each year by action of the Court.  In 2025, the Fiscal Court will meet on April 10, May 8, and June 5, at 1:30 pm.

Meeting location for June 5, 2025: Pam Miller Downtown Arts Center, 141 E. Main Street, Room 301.  Paid parking is available at street level or in the Helix Garage or LPL Garage across Main Street.

FAYETTE COUNTY LOCAL BOARD OF PROPERTY TAX APPEALS 2025

The Fayette PVA will hold conferences during the open inspection period, from April 15 - May 19, 2025.  If property owners wish to appeal their assessed fair cash value, they must file an appeal with the Fayette County Clerk by close of business, May 20, 2025.  For Local Property Tax Appeal Information: fccappeal@fayettecountyclerk.com or (859) 253-3344.  

The Fayette County Clerk's Office will begin accepting appeal forms after the PVA Open Inspection period begins in mid-April.  Please contact our office for appeal instructions and form.

Appeal hearings are held at the LFUCG Phoenix Building, 101 E. Vine Street, 1st Floor Conference Room, Lexington, KY 40507. The hearing schedule is June 24-July 3, 2025.
